  I am once again looking for a landscaper. I have a smaller yard with grass front and back. I also have bushes front and back with drip systems and sprinkler systems for both. I need to have someone who will mow the front and back and keep the bushes trimmed. I am looking for someone who will show up on a certain date (i.e. Monday) every other week AND mow the front and back and keep up the bushes. I also need the drip systems repaired randomly because of my dogs. I will be asking this person to sign a contract with the expected maintenance (literally just mow the yards and keep bushes trimmed) because I'm so tired of having to switch landscapers because they either don't show up when they are supposed to or don't keep the bushes trimmed.
