mrlandlord.com. These laws are state specific so I can't help you. I had a total of approx 60 rentals in Florida so I know about our laws here. That won't help you too much.
I am looking for contracts that are used between a property owner and a property manager. Anyone have some generic ones they use and would be willing to share, or any suggestions on where you can get...
Jerry, You can pretty much find any contract you might need here: http://www.mrlandlord.com/ Obviously, you will want to tailor it specific to your jurisdiction and needs. Cheers.
There are many companys that offer software to aid in property management for landlords with multiple tenants. Does anyone have any recommendations?
Diane, I really like the use of rentright - available on www.Landlordsoftware.com (if they ask who referred you - it's Kim with MAREI) I also found that it is cheaper on this site than on many of the other sites. This program manages tenants well and will download to quick books. Although it tends to download houses and tenants several times. You might also want to go to www.MrLandlord.com, they have many different programs avaiable that might work well for you with a few reviews - google the programs to get more input or ask about specific programs here on the web site.
