How many times can a lawyer request the same information? I have a judgement against me for a medical bill after my surgery by a greedy bastard that bought the debt from the doctor. I filled out an information subpoena once already detailing the very little bit of money I make and that my only asset is my 1998 Buick. Now six months later I get a 'reminder' that I have a judgement against me that interest is being added to and now they're adding a 35 dollar fee for filling a 'warrant of satisfaction' with superior court. it also has another information subpoena attatched. No information has changed. Do I really have to fill this out / go through this again? If I had the money to pay this I would have paid the doctor after my surgery heh. Is this going to haunt me for the rest of my life?
Vincent LaMonaca , David Poplar , Mike Bowman - and/or any other legally knowledgeable friends have some advice for me?
