About us

We slow smoke all of our meat with 100% hickory wood with our house mix of secret spices. We smoke it all, pork, chicken, sausage, brisket and ribs. If your looking for a juicy hand pulled pork sandwich, the best fall off the bone baby back ribs, or maybe some mouth watering brisket we are definitely the place to fill your need.

Come on in and try a true specialty a stuffed baked potato. Make sure to come by on a Friday for our increasingly popular chicken wings, after you have ours no other wings will compare. Sauce lovers are welcome to come out and sample each of our house made sauces (Sweet, House, Carolina, Q, Hot, Very Hot!)

Brays BBQ has been around since August 2013 but we were formally known as Captain Toms BBQ. As some may know Tom Evans got colon cancer in 2011, the new owners are Teresa and Danny Bray. Teresa is the wonderful woman who kept the restaurant running while Tom was unable too. We kept the recipes and the smiling faces behind the counter. So don't worry the same beloved sauces will always be here and we promise to make the best BBQ around!
