Thanks for your interest in Voyage Creatives photography. My name is Katherine Michael and I’m the gal behind the camera. You can call me Kat.
If we were chatting over a cup of coffee I would want to hear all about you. All about where you’ve been and what drives you. What makes you laugh, how you let your hair down or and what moves you to tears. Getting to know you helps me know how to tell your story with every camera click.
But, before we meet for a drink, let me tell you a bit about myself. I am originally from Columbus, Ohio but have made Franklin, Tennessee my home the last 9 years. I’m a follower of Jesus, wife to a tall drink of water named Josh, and mama to a wild and tender 3 year old son named Felix and a spunky daredevil one-year-old daughter named Jubilee.
I serve the entire middle Tennessee region (Franklin, Nashville, Spring Hill, Murfreesboro everything in between) by documenting authentic moments of laughter, connection and love with my lens. I have a relaxed lifestyle photography approach that relies mostly on natural light. I follow my instincts to capture the genuine raw emotion of your story in each and every shoot then I artfully edit each photo to bring out the best in every frame.
I specialize in maternity, birth, newborn and family photography, but often find myself just taking pictures of the moments in people’s lives that bring them love and joy. Being able to reveal God’s perfect creation in every individual is a great honor and I’m looking forward to getting to do the same with you.
