About us

I've always been a bread lover, to the point that my Dad used to call me Carbo Kid ( seriously). Now I've grown into a Carbo Adult and you won't find me on an Atkins diet anytime soon. To me nothing is better than homemade bread baked fresh, and that's how I do it. I have my food handlers card and am registered with the AZDH to bake and prepare from home.
