  Andrew Overman will give you realistic and genuine valuation. Don't make the mistake of going with an agent who gives you false hope of a ridiculously high sale price to get you signed up only for your property to sit there for months while you have to keep reducing the price..... I received excellent service when I purchased through Chilterns and even better follow-up service post-purchase.
