  Hey all. Need a roofer that can supply me with a written quote for repairs to a chimney stack. Our neighbours chimney has been leaking into our converted attic for months. The landlord has said he is willing to look at some quotes. So far we have had 4 roofers inspect this chimney stack and provide verbal quotes for repair but despite chasing it up I've been unable to get any written quotes. We also need to have one of our own chimney stacks repaired. Self employed so can be flexible on times just needs looking at asap if possible. Thanks guys!
