  There are several (small) shops everywhere, e.g. in the beginning of Solunska street (Slaveikov square - this one is not that small actually), also in the beginning of Patriarch Evtimiy Boulevard (right side, in the basement), 6 ti Septemvri str, more or less at front of "Divaka" restaurant..   Zooplus is currently not delivering to BG - Pets & U are over expensive - http://zoomagazin.eu/ is available in Studenski Grad and Lyulin and offer pretty good prices
