I need to have a small brunch/lunch catered (about 10-12 people) and am thinking sandwhiches or quiche/brunch-ish stuff, fruit plate, etc. Any local suggestions that won't break the bank?

So they aren’t super local, but the food is fantastic and reasonable. And it’s through a really great organization. They catered my daughter’s high school graduation party and they were fabulous. Also, the head chef was formerly with a pretty exclusive restaurant in Arlington. 😉 http://www.utec-events.org/
Does anyone know of any "hidden" place to rent a hall? It's for a family holiday party for around 100 people. We have called some bigger places and are booked( we know it's late, but still trying) Chelmsford tyngsboro dracut areas :) TIA
