Lambiek is the first and oldest comics shop in Europe. Founded by Kees Kousemaker (1942-2010) and continued by his son Boris, Lambiek is a hallmark in the world of comics. Located in Amsterdam, Lambiek has a great selection of comics in many languages. Lambiek's art gallery has featured many expositions of European and North American artists who explore the boundaries between comics and 'conventional' art.
