  Best place in town to get nails done? Particularly if your nails are kinda destroyed by a lifelong nail biting habit? I want to get my nails done for grad in May because they look terrible from my horrible habit. Do you need to have a lot of natural nail to work with to get gel done? I've heard gel is less harsh on your nails than acrylic (and frankly I had a bad experience last time I tried acrylic professionally I don't want to repeat that) but I'm not sure what the process is. It's not a long term solution (I'm not doing this to try and manage nail biting) I literally just want nice looking nails for an event, a week or two tops, before going into real [nursing] life.
