  Challenge: Just bought a nice 20 lb turkey at Kroger, will thaw it out in the next few days. Need suggestions on BBQ shops which smoke by the pound and/or places which will deep fry this bird o mine. So far, I have seen frying offered at a Spring Branch area pool/civic center and BBQ smoking for 90 cents/lb in Bellaire and $1.25/lb in NW Houston. Any good secrets out there? I'm willing to pay a fair price, preferably NW area or inside loop. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
