  ISO make up and hair for 10.12.18 $100 - Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania Maryland resident. PA bride. Looking for hair and make up (airbrush) artists. I have one hair stylist already, however we will have up to 8-9 girls getting read in a matter of 5-6 hours. Looking to keep the cost under $100 for each service.
