I live down in the Mission/Merriam/Shawnee area. Anything local or sort of nearby would be appreciated, as I'll be taking an Uber (probably) or having a friend take me (unlikely). State lines make things difficult... I'll bookmark any suggestions thrown at me, however. :) To not be one-sided: If you ever make it to Lawrence, Kansas, the last time I had a mind-blowing filet mignon was at Merchants Pub & Plate about a year and half ago. It would make you wanna "slap yo' momma" as some folks say, hahaha! :) Tender, juicy... they use a cooking method that I can't remember the name of... etc. Just go, if you end up there. I definitely was not disappointed with anything I had there. Recently moved here. Cut me some slack. Thanks so much! :)
