It's my past experiences I noticed most of the cheaper indie companies do a lousy job. I'm looking for a company that will do an awesome job, regardless of price.   I used ace of spades years ago. He was okay. I just used J2 cleaning a few weeks ago to clean the carpets of a house I was selling. I'm out of town but my realtor said the carpets looked great. And they were well priced : http://www.j2 clean.com
