  Dr. Ho in McLean was my dentist as long as he's been there. He does orthodontics too. http://www.mymcleandentist.com/general--family.html. I don't know cost wise how he would be. All I can say on that is adjustments I have to get for my TMJ cost a lot less with him than the specialist I go to up here.
