  I am looking for someone (bird lover) that know how to cut a parrots wings at my house ( Maximilian parrot) only done once many years ago he is in his big cage so not sure how to catch him and take him to a Vet.I know it is saver to use a Vet but I think it will be more stressful to put him in a box. He is a loving bird we can touch him .
