  https://www.facebook.com/102383372198 Finchville Animal Hospital has evening hours on certain days. I am not certain https://www.facebook.com/92609951193 if Dr. Rexroad treats rats though. All Pets Veterinary Center is in the east end of Louisville and they probably do treat rats.
