Due to commission based business between Travel Agencies and various service providers becoming a limited practice in the industry, Travel Agencies now source their booking and handling service fees directly from customers.
U-Travel applies a % handling fee to all travel and personalised services rendered, which is payable by the first Friday following submission of invoices to our customers or alternatively on the last day of the relevant month in which invoices are submitted.
Special Note: In instances where commission is paid by a respective travel service provider, booking and handling service fees are not applied and charged to customers.
