Stacey here, I have 3/4 years professional experience with in the cake industry. I have recently taken the leap into running my own business. I can say I'm very passionate about what I do and love all things cake. I like to pay particular attention to detail, which I feel makes may cakes stand out above the rest. I can design bespoke one off designs that suit the customers needs and requirements, and that fits in perfectly with everything.
I bake everything fresh and do not use any preservatives in my cake, which I feel give that extra special flavour.
