Good websites / companies for apartment rentals in Columbus? Hi! First ever post on r/Columbus!
I'm looking for apartment rentals in the Victorian Village / Harrison West / Short North / Italian Village area, and am wondering if anyone on here has any good under-the-radar websites or property management companies they'd recommend in those areas? I've tried the classic Zillow, Apartments.com, even Metro-Rentals, but I'm not having much luck. I'm looking for less of an apartment and more of a duplex/house situation, so if anyone on here knows of any good landlords, companies, or websites, I'd love to hear about it!
Moving to Columbus! Apartment help? Hi! I'm starting residency at OSU in June. Any recommendations for affordable but newer apartments close to campus? I'm looking for 2bed/1bath, gym, and close to the Oletangy trail and OSU. There are lots of options online but I'd love to know any personal opinions/recommendations to narrow down my options
Budget $1600-$1800 max, including utilities
I'd like for the apartment to have a gym and be relatively modern with regard to the kitchen, bathroom, have hardwood floors, etc
Thank you!!

If you haven’t, you may want to check out metro rentals. It has local companies with rentals available that generally aren’t big complexes. http://metro-rentals.com
Advice for renting in Columbus I'm about to start searching for a rental for my family (myself, girlfriend and our toddler) and I would really like some help.... but, I don't know what options are out there. I know realtors sometimes have rental assistance services, but are there other options? Does anyone have recommendations on realtors who are great for helping renters?
My historical go-to are places like Zillow, Trulia, [apartments.com](https://apartments.com), [rent.com](https://rent.com), craigslist, etc. but I really hate wading through the crap and the mislabeling is horrible and seemingly not monitored. (no, your apartment building is NOT a house, damnit)
Lastly, the long shot: Does anyone know of any houses, condos or townhouses that will be available at the end of August, preferably under $1000 per month that aren't in bad neighborhoods? :)
Looking for rental realtors Anyone know a good realtor for finding houses for rent? I feel I’ve exhausted the online options, and have read that American homes 4 rent is awful (though Idk why) and they seem to manage bout 80% of what I’ve found.

I’m a realtor who specializes in buying and selling but when people ask about renting I typically point them towards the following: 1) like someone just mentioned, drive around the neighborhood you want as tons of people just plop a sign in the yard with a phone number. 2) www.metro-rentals.com you can break it down by neighborhood you want to be in and number of bedrooms. 3) download the app HotPads. Best of luck! If you want more help feel free to DM me.

Well... we kinda have an urgent issue. Our sociopathic landlord, who all but physically threatened my family, is kicking us out. Looking for a 3-bedroom house in UA to rent. Anyone got any leads?
