  I am considering hiring a landscaper and want suggestions and estimates. I would like to find someone that can do some basic landscaping design as well as re-grade my yard (so the water flows away from my house). Two small tree stumps in my front yard. Four decorative trees need to be removed. Would like lawn to look better. Backyard has a raised bed that needs to be removed and placed elsewhere for gardening. Current raised bed has a gutter flowing straight into it. Would like landscaper to give recommendations about gutter flow.
