About us
In Dec 2013, I (Thony) with the help of many others, started a small vegetarian restaurant called 9 Warung in Ubud, Bali (Indonesia).
It has been running well because the community appreciates the concept, which is based on the honor system.
When you come here, you serve yourself in a buffet style, and after you finish your meal you leave the money on the table and please wash your plate.

Now we would like to give something back to the community bringing this concept to the next level. We call this project "THE ACT OF LOVE".
Try to imagine this… a new place where you can:
-Enjoy lovely meals
-Share knowledge, skills and ideas
-Get inspired and motivate to create and perform your art
-Learn and practice the verb "LOVE" conciously
-Welcome everyone based on what they can afford
-Feel at home
A HOME where we not only feed our belly, but also our mind, heart and soul. A place where we can grow together, achieve our dreams and continue making a diference in this world.
We are nearly there! We are opening in November but we need your help - to fill 9 Angels Warung with your love, presence, skills, financial support or by donating some useful objects.
