Recommendations for a vet? Does anyone have good recommendations for a veterinarian in the Boulder area? We have a 90 pound dog and it’s hard sometimes to find vets who don’t seem overwhelmed and are experienced with larger dogs. He has no special health problems, just looking for a new vet. Thank you in advance!

Dr. Abbott at Vista in Erie is worth the short drive. She has treated both my 90 pound dogs with ease. Bonus points: she’s a certified Fear Free veterinarian. http://vistavet.net
Hello again neighbors! Recommendations for a nearby vet? We need to take our kitties in and they don't travel well, so closer is better. I've seen the one off of Hwy 7 and it's pretty close to us--any feedback? Thanks!!!

Vista Animal Hospital is the one off Highway 7 that recently opened. One of their specialties is "fear free" treatment of pets. They even have aquariums in the cat treatment room to give your little guys something to distract them while they're there. http://vistavet.net
My puppy was neutered two weeks ago and he's now red and very swollen and biting at his sack. Looking for a vet that can treat this (someone experienced with neutering).

Our dog has a limp and we are thinking we need x-rays (tried meds). We're not happy with our vet, so we are looking for recommendations for an affordable and honest vet. Anyone recently had x-rays done for their dog... How much did it cost? TIA
