  We have an unusual downspout at our home that actually goes within the garage wall. We have not had any issues with it for the 15 years that we have owned the house, but now it appears it must be clogged or something as it is now leaking at the seams. Not sure who would be the best person to call for help...plumber, gutter specialist, etc??? Thinking it would be helpful if they had a camera or something. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks! (And yes, we have never been a fan of the design, but the rest of the house and property suited our needs.)
