  I would recommend Moncrief. http://moncriefair.com/ My landlady recently tried to cut corners and used a local handyman and it cost her dearly ($$$). Moncrief came in and fixed all the messes.

  Moncrief Heating and Air...they are based in Roswell, but service all of Forsyth county (we live in North Forsyth). We started using them 3 years ago when our AC went out and the temp was in the mid 90's. They were able to come same day and did not try to upsell us on a new system, which was a huge relief. They have always been on time and their customer service is above average. 404-350-2300
