  Bexley/CMH friends: I am apparently having issues with water coming in through a basement window of my SoBex house when it rains. Have had the house now since about 2007, and while it has leaked during real downpours, this is the first time it has become a every-time-it-rains thing. I'm not there to look at it, but I am also sort of at a loss to know where to start calling service people. It sounds like the water is accumulating below the window well. Could it be a matter of re-grading the area? Who deals with downspout pipes that run to the street? Is that a plumber or a landscaper-type? Any experiences/recommendations would be useful.
