  Janet, for 20+ years, I have used The End Result as a referral service for any type of trade services for home improvement and repairs. www.TheEndResult.net I got a great roofer from them a few years ago. I have also referred many of my real estate clients to them. Their standards are very high and there is no fee to the consumer. They are really great people!
