  We have a bit of a situation. We hired a guy to remodel our master bathroom based on his shining reviews on Angie's List. Very long story short, he started on August 9th and it's still not done. We now are at a point where we are fed up with excuses and just want it done. Does anyone specialize in cleaning up another person's sloppy tile work and does NOT make excuses every day? I have a soft heart. I don't regret paying him, I knew he needed to be replaced weeks and weeks ago but he needed the money. I've paid him all but $200 on the $1500 bid. Please do not criticize me. I would give him the same money again because he really is struggling financially. However, now I just need need the job done. Suggestions of tile installers who may also have a heart for people and can help us out in our predicament? Family of 5 with 1 bathroom for over 2 months = no bueno (The tape is where I was trying to show him he needed to fix it.)
