  We are always looking for Mom and Pop resturants on our travels. We stopped at Clinton Mo last night at Smith's Resturant...wow the best home cooked food we've had in along time! We ordered one of the tenderloin dinners split the tenderloin and ordered extra sides. Everything and I mean everything tenderloin, corn, green beans, mashed potatoes, gravy, role and tea were delicious! There was plenty of food. Too bad because the pies and cobble looked wonderfull! I'd recommend this resturant. Go early, there's usually a waiting line.
