Okay, I need to see if anyone knows of a reputable local AC contractor to come to my house to do an estimate on what would be needed to replace the outdoor condenser for our home's upstairs AC. I'm being told that it will require an assload of charges (which, golly, the home warranty folks say they don't cover) and I already know that one of the charges is bogus. Basically, I need a second opinion on this. Any suggestions?
