You do not bargain with your hair stylist, manicurist, boutique, restaurant, so kindly DO NOT bargain with us.

ORDER & PRICING:
Various cake type and flavours have different ingredient composition and weight. Therefore, cake weight (kg) DOES NOT apply for our cakes.
Cake weight depends on the completed final design. The ‘price by kg’ system does not work for custom cakes as even small cakes can weigh more that what it looks like depending on the design.
We will inform you the dimensions of the cake in inches so you can measure it out to know the exact size of the cake before ordering.
Our quotation will be based on the serving size you need and your design requirements. We also consider the design difficulty and intricacy as the overall time and material that will be used to complete your cake.
DEPOSIT:
For a single product costing RM800 & below and for promotional items / packages, full amount must be paid as confirmation to book your slot.
No payment, no confirmation. Meaning, we can take in other paid orders ahead of yours.
We do not have the time to remind or chase you for payments.
Simply put: first come, first served.
For products/services above RM800, the minimum deposit required is 50%. Similarly, order is only confirmed upon receive of deposit. Balance is strictly to be paid... show more minimum 3 days before collection of products or delivery of service.
If it is your wedding / event, please pay the balance before setup (and NOT at the end of the event).
The main purpose of deposit is to book your order in our schedule, therefore all deposits made are non-refundable.
If you do encounter any change of plans and require to reschedule, kindly inform us minimum 3 days in advanced. Failure to provide sufficient notice, the cake will be prepared as scheduled.
This is due to decorations and ingredients for your cake would have been prepared and we have your slot booked.
PRIVACY:
We, being a homegrown business, do not have a shop for you to visit and view the products or cakes. All our cakes are displayed in our Facebook for your viewing pleasure.
Please discuss and place your orders via WhatsApp / text (sms) or email.
All of our orders are processed online without the need of face-to-face meetings or consultations. Face to face meetings are not necessary.
PLEASE order from us only if you trust us and our work.
However, we occasionally do have exceptions for orders of wedding cakes and large event styling bookings which will require sketches and consultations. For this, we will provide you a meeting location nearest to us. We do not have the time to go far to meet you. Our time is very tight and therefore, kindly accommodate if you want to meet us.
Please DO NOT request for behind the scenes photos / recipes / methodology.
It's simply not right to do so.
Your order is the finished product / service so we will deliver what you requested for.
