  Online agent www.turtlehomes.co.uk sold my place in less than a week and it cost £395.00. I used to be an estate agent in Crystal Palace and I would never use one!

  If you are able to do your viewings yourself. Then I'd recommend this company, They were really helpful. Mine took 4 days to sell using their £395 package, estate agent commission at 1.5% would have cost me £8100. www.turtlehomes.co.uk
