They have a good online price quote system, so you can just get all of the details out of the way online ahead of time. They also pack all of the big stuff for you. And, they helped me finish up some of the things I hadn't gotten to packing by the time they arrived. Easiest move I've had (BK up to Inwood).

rawgin replied:I've used Movers Not Shakers (www.moversnotshakers.com) 3 times and been very happy. In general, make sure you get a flat rate (not by the hour). Get quotes from two movers and have them compete (I usually call FlatRate as well http://www.flatrate.com/). You can usually negotiate the total cost as well as items like free packing boxes, etc... edit: added links
