I want to do it in some nice restaurant but criteria is that they do minimal decoration like silver balloons or at least allow the same. Also having a private area in the restaurant will be a plus. Now I called up Momo Cafe at Marriott but they didn't allow for the decoration. Can anyone suggest restaurants that fit the need?! Any cuisine is fine but should have non veg too!
