  Good afternoon! Can someone recommend a really good all-rounder builder/handyman? He could be solo or have a team, I just need them to be good value. I have a house project that has been going on for much longer than I want, and I need to fix it ASAP. So here is a list of things that needs doing: 1) Clear out gutters, re-paint the entire house, paint the basement outside with the anti-damp paint over the new paint. It's a 3 storey house. The area at the front needs some scrubbing and getting rid of the old paint. 2) Change carpet and install a lino in the living room. Install new skirting boards where necessary. Same in one of the bedrooms. 3) Install mesh fence with a gate in the back garden. 4) Screeding the concrete floor - it's a brand new concrete floor, it needs to be levelled up. The entire room then needs re-decoration. 5) Some other small DIY chores. Ideally looking for someone who can get the work done ASAP. Would help if you can share how much they charge, etc. Thank you so much!
