  Russell Baer is the best in town I've ever seen for headshots. His list of clientelle is impressive and his work is fantastic. I've gotten shots from him but he can be pretty expensive, 400+ depending on what you want. John Phillips is also pretty good. Not quite as good as Russell on a technical level, but I think he's awesome at catching personality. [click west photo](http://www.clickwestphoto.com/)
