About us
A Pinch Bakery, officially launched on January 26, 2013. Both co-owners, Dionne Harden and Erica Williams have spent the better part of the last few years baking for family, friends and personal clients. While some of their baking and decorating skills were taught, many more developed out of sheer curiosity and their love of creating new food items. In a short amount of time, they have won loyal customers with crowd favorites like Evey's Butter Cake and Sweet Georgia Brownies, two old family secret recipes that are worth the extra 15 minutes on the treadmill.
They pride themselves on their delicious flavors and their ability to customize any product to fit perfectly for their clients' events; whether it's a small family gathering, a child's birthday party or a large wedding reception. As bakers they are constantly evolving, so be sure to check back from time to time for exciting new menu items!!
