We started Blend after earning our education and training—a trek that took us from the strict Culinary Institute of America in New York to some of the most eclipsing restaurants and catering companies in Napa Valley and San Fran. Throughout our comprehensive experience we were faced with A LOT we didn’t know, which helped quench our appetite for learning. And, through it all, we learned precisely what we wanted to do: run a limitless catering company that was as personable as it was tasty—as capable as it was inventive.
