  Go and see Jim at Old Main Gallery. He works with a company out of Chicago that does this (assuming you want the original restored). If you want it digitally restored, I can do that. You can see my work at BridgerMountainPhoto.com. I have a lot of samples up on my page. They are in 2 places - Photo Restoration, as well as under the Digital Art tab. I've been digitally restoring photos for about 13 years, including photos from Hurricane Katrina.
