I've read that using certain herbal teas and water for a period of time would detox. I couldn't find steps so I got the The Cleaner (a herbal 7 day detox) I'm sure some of the herbs are not approved, so I told myself its gotta be better than what I was doing to my body previously with all the fast food. I follow his food list while detoxing and now eat only what he approved. It most defiantly work, I feel great and my carpel tunnel in both wrist have improved drastically, practically gone.
