  This guy wandered up to my house and my heart breaks for him. Nose is all torn and an open wound. Emaciated. Fed him, gave him flea meds(covered in them), water, catnip, brushed him a bit and he is so friendly. Are there any programs here for helping cats? I know there are for dogs. Otherwise my heartstrings may lead me to beg a local vet. Any ideas? Thanks Ocean Beach.
