About us

I developed a Wheat allergy over 20 years ago and in those days there were no 'Free From' sections at the supermarkets, so I learnt to adapt and create good food. Over these years I have been complemented and told that you can't tell the difference (that it's wheat/gluten free). So I decided it was time to share my skills and bake for others. I am selling locally and at Farmers Markets.
