  Are there any plumbers here that can help answer a question I have?!? Our house is almost 5 years old, we never had problems with water pressure. All the sudden this past week or so the master bath tub (2nd floor) water pressure has decreased drastically. It takes forever to fill the tub. Even when nothing else in the house is being used! Is this a easy fix, is it a problem? Or is there something we can do to get the pressure back to what is used to be? I’d really appreciate any advice I can get!

  Has anyone attempted to finish their basement by themselves without hiring a basement company? Dumb? Pain? I would still pull permits and sub out electric/plumbing/minor framing/HVAC/drywall.
