  Hi ILN! Can anyone recommend an electrician with wireman’s license and testing kit that can see where the break is in my walls or roof? I live in a complex and have a solid roof as I have an upstairs neighbor! I have had 3 electricians now and nobody has the right equipment to trace the fault, my DB board keeps tripping and it has been replaced 3 times on the one switch to no avail!
