  Does anyone know of a contractor who is willing to do smaller projects around the house? I have tried several times to contact Mr Fix It but he never showed up to our appointment for an estimate and not returning my calls. I tried Billy Hands who I was impressed with and excited to work with but it has been almost two months since our meeting and still no estimate and not returning my emails. I am lost on where to find someone to get my work done.

  So, turns out I need my back deck at my house replaced ASAP. It needs to be done quickly, and of course to code. I have no idea how this deck every passed inspection when I bought the house, that is one reason you always show up to your inspection when buying a house. I need names of people who you would recommend to replace the deck. The support posts will need to be corrected from the current set-up, 2x4's need replaced. I am not sure what the support beams and 2 x 12 look like. I will not need a permit, and the deck sits inches off the ground. Deck is about 10 x 14?
