  I don't know what area you're in but one of my little ones had a back op earlier this year after complete paralysis and no deep tissue sensation in his hindquarters. The vet at https://www.facebook.com/1020118208085423 False Bay Veterinary Clinic in Muizenberg did acupuncture on him afterwards and he's back to 100% health. They were so wonderfully caring and helpful as well. It's maybe something to consider. All the best and don't give up hope - there is a solution out there. Good luck 💙
