  So correct me if im wrong plz! My therapist told me i need an interpreter because i am hard of hearing (its ok ive used one b4) so i go along with requesting a new one....i just get a call for group therapy tomorrow and was told that i am denied for a terp because its against hipaa laws for me to have one IN GROUP....and for individual sessions im not allowed to have one in person only on skype... I explained that this made no sense to me....if i spoke a different language (verbally) would i still be denied...she said i would have a therapist that spoke that language....wtf!? This HAS TO BE BREAKING A LAW........RIGHT?
