  Not exactly Tacoma local, but if you want to take the drive to Seattle, check out Sisters & Brothers. They have probably the best Nashville Hot Chicken in the state, if not entire PNW. It is well worth the drive. http://www.sistersandbrothersbar.com/#eat-together
